Sante Spa Cuisine was founded by Sonal Barmecha with a clear and ambitious vision: to prove that food that is genuinely good for the body can also be deeply satisfying and delicious. The concept of spa cuisine, built around pure vegetarian cooking using natural, organic ingredients and healthy preparation methods, was ahead of its time when Sante first opened in BKC, and it has since expanded to a second flagship location at the Royal Opera House in Mumbai. Sante’s menu is among the most thoughtfully categorised in the city — colour-coded sections distinguish vegan, keto, protein-rich, and non-allergenic dishes, making it easy for diners with specific dietary requirements to navigate confidently.
