Manufaktura is one of the most recognised Czech souvenir and cosmetics brands, established in Prague in 1991 with a mission to bring authentic Czech craftsmanship to the world. The company operates a network of flagship stores in Prague’s historic city centre alongside a fully featured international e-shop. Manufaktura’s product range spans two distinct lines: the Original Czech Tradition collection featuring hand-painted wooden toys, straw decorations, traditional ceramics, handmade paper, and textile products from over 250 cooperating small artisans and folklore masters; and the Natural Cosmetics line, which has become a leading Czech cosmetics brand incorporating local botanicals, beeswax, and Bohemian mineral springs into skincare formulations. All cosmetics are certified cruelty-free under the internationally recognised Leaping Bunny standard, making Manufaktura the first Czech cosmetics brand to achieve this certification. The brand ships internationally from its Prague operations and offers gift wrapping, corporate gifting programmes, and personalised messages. Manufaktura has been recognised by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic as a key contributor to the preservation of traditional Czech crafts.
