League of Kitchens New York

The League of Kitchens is a truly unique and beloved culinary institution in New York City, consistently ranked among the top cooking experiences in the entire city on TripAdvisor, where it has held the fourth position out of 274 classes and workshops. Founded with the mission of celebrating the culinary heritage of immigrant communities, the school connects food-loving participants with extraordinary home cooks from countries including Bangladesh, Greece, Ukraine, Lebanon, Japan, and many more, each of whom teaches their authentic family recipes and culinary traditions in a deeply personal and intimate setting. In-person classes take place in the instructor’s home and are capped at just six students, while online classes via Zoom accommodate up to 13 participants.
