Mayuko’s Little Kitchen Tokyo

Mayuko’s Little Kitchen is a warmly praised and award-winning cooking class in the heart of Tokyo, hosted by Mayuko in her own private home kitchen. Unlike studio-style cooking schools, Mayuko’s class offers participants an intimate and genuinely domestic experience, providing a window into everyday Japanese home cooking as it is actually prepared and eaten by local families. Classes are taught in English, last approximately three hours, and cover the fundamentals of Japanese home cooking including dashi broth preparation, miso soup, Japanese rice techniques, seasoning principles, and a selection of traditional home dishes tailored to the season. Group sizes are kept very small, ensuring that every participant receives personal guidance and genuine interaction with their host.
