Corporate formats include Dim Sum making competitions in which teams battle to create the most delicious and best-presented steamed parcels, sushi-rolling challenges, wok-skills showdowns, and cooking-for-the-homeless charity events that combine team building with social responsibility. All events are led by School of Wok’s specialist chef-tutors and are held at the school’s professional kitchen in Covent Garden, or can be delivered at the client’s premises or a chosen external venue.
