Les Amis, meaning ‘The Friends’ in French, opened its doors on Scotts Road in 1994 and has since become the cornerstone of Singapore’s fine dining scene. The restaurant earned its third Michelin star in 2019 and has consistently appeared on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list, cementing its status as one of the region’s most celebrated tables. Executive Chef Sebastien Lepinoy, who trained for 17 years under the legendary Joel Robuchon, leads a kitchen that is devoted to highlighting the very finest seasonal French produce through classical technique and modern sensibility. The menu is prix-fixe and changes to reflect the best available ingredients, from rare Le Ponclet butter produced by near-extinct Celtic cows to white truffle, Kristal caviar, and produce flown directly from France. The wine cellar is one of the finest in Asia, housing over 3,000 labels with a focus on Burgundy and Bordeaux, and has won multiple World Gourmet Summit Wine List of the Year awards. The dining room is intimate and elegant, seating 48 guests across the main room and mezzanine, with a chef’s table available for a more immersive experience.
