Wild Wadi Water Park
Description
Wild Wadi Water Park is one of Dubai’s longest-established and most recognisable waterparks, located on Jumeira Street in Umm Suqeim 3, directly opposite the Burj Al Arab hotel. Owned and operated by Jumeirah Group, the park draws on the legend of Juha from Arabian folklore to create a cohesive themed experience across its 30 rides and attractions. Headline attractions include Jumeirah Sceirah, a twin free-fall slide reaching speeds of up to 80 km/h over 120 metres, making it one of the tallest and fastest slides in the Middle East. Breaker’s Bay is one of the region’s largest wave pools, generating 1.5-metre waves, while the FlowRider Exclusive delivers a simulated surfing experience. The 360-metre Juha’s Journey lazy river provides a relaxed drift through the park’s landscape. Families benefit from the Juha’s Dhow play structure with water cannons designed for smaller guests. VIP Wadi Cabanas are available for groups seeking a private shaded retreat with table service and fast-pass access. Open daily, Wild Wadi undergoes annual maintenance in January or February. Its central Jumeirah address, strong brand recognition, and multi-generational appeal make it a popular choice for both Dubai residents and international visitors.
