202 Elizabeth is a beautifully conceived and sustainably constructed 38-room boutique hotel on Elizabeth Street in Surry Hills — dubbed the ‘impossible build’ by local architects due to the extraordinary engineering challenge of inserting a six-storey cross-laminated timber structure into a tight inner-city site.
