Enoteca Pinchiorri is the only three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Florence and one of Italy’s most storied and celebrated fine dining institutions, opened in 1972 by Giorgio Pinchiorri and Annie Féolde in a magnificent 17th-century palazzo on Via Ghibellina. What began as a wine bar with a kitchen has evolved over five decades into one of the defining fine dining experiences in Europe, holding three Michelin stars continuously since 2004. Chef Riccardo Monco leads the kitchen today, maintaining the restaurant’s signature style: opulent, technically immaculate, and deeply rooted in Italian culinary heritage while remaining genuinely forward-looking in its presentations. Dishes are conceived to deliver intense, concentrated flavors in a visual language of grandeur and precision — a crescendo of courses that builds throughout the meal to a memorable finale.
