Fat Boys Burgers is a proudly local fast food restaurant born and raised in Hell’s Kitchen, one of Manhattan’s most storied and character-filled neighborhoods. The restaurant was founded by Alla Saleh, his brother Naz, and their brother-in-law Ahmed Mohsen — three siblings who grew up on the very block where the restaurant now stands, having helped their father and grandfather run the beloved A&A Deli for years. Their mission was clear: create the best burger in the neighborhood using quality beef, fresh ingredients, and bold flavor combinations that never cut corners. The menu centers on char-grilled burgers, each cooked to order and built on soft brioche buns with a rotating selection of toppings. Signature items include the Fat Western — a double patty stacked with a crispy onion ring, smoky beef bacon, and BBQ sauce — as well as the Pastrami Burger, which has earned widespread praise from regulars.
