Marguerite is one of Singapore’s most enchanting fine dining experiences, set within the iconic Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay. Helmed by Australian Chef-Owner Michael Wilson, who earned his first Michelin star at Phenix in Shanghai, the restaurant has held one Michelin star since its opening and has established itself as a destination in its own right, celebrated for its extraordinary sense of place and purpose. The restaurant serves modern European tasting menus that change seasonally, placing an unwavering emphasis on provenance, craft, and the natural world. Chef Wilson sources herbs and edible flowers from Marguerite’s own garden on the premises, and works with an intimate network of artisanal producers. The kitchen produces both omnivore and herbivore menus, making it one of the few fine dining establishments in Singapore to offer a fully realised vegetarian tasting experience. The temperance beverage programme, featuring innovative non-alcoholic pairings, has earned particular praise alongside the carefully curated wine list. All reservations include a complimentary limousine buggy service from the main entrance of Gardens by the Bay and complimentary access to the Flower Dome. A private dining room accommodates up to ten guests. The restaurant is open from Wednesday through Sunday, with lunch available on weekends.
