Cook’n with Class Paris

Cook’n with Class Paris was founded in 2007 by French chef Eric Fraudeau, a veteran executive chef who spent years working in high-end international hotels across Mexico, Canada, and the United States before returning to his native France. Based in the heart of the historic Montmartre district, the school operates from three fully equipped professional kitchens and welcomes food lovers of all backgrounds and skill levels. Classes are taught entirely in English by a team of professional chefs and include hands-on French cuisine workshops, pastry and baking sessions, croissant and bread-making classes, a French market tour paired with a four-course meal, seasonal classes, express classes, and family or kids-friendly sessions. Groups are kept small, typically capped at six to ten students depending on the class format, ensuring that every participant receives personal attention and genuinely gets to cook. Over the years, Cook’n with Class has welcomed more than 30,000 students from around the world and has earned consistent recognition as one of Paris’s best cooking schools for English speakers. The school also hosts private group events and corporate team-building activities.
