Dansk Cater A/S is the largest independent foodservice wholesale group in Denmark and among the largest in Scandinavia. A holding company for several independent subsidiary brands including AB Catering, BC Catering and inco Cash & Carry, Dansk Cater employs over 1,800 qualified professionals and operates a fleet of approximately 300 specially built delivery trucks serving professional kitchens of every type and scale across Denmark. Together the group’s 11 distribution departments and 3 Inco Cash & Carry stores offer over 70,000 food and non-food product references and serve customers ranging from the smallest hot dog stand to some of the country’s largest canteens, hotel groups and restaurant chains. Each subsidiary retains its local market identity and customer relationships, while benefiting from the centralised purchasing power, logistics infrastructure and digital systems of the Dansk Cater umbrella. More than 100 highly-trained food consultants operate nationally, providing on-site advice on purchasing, gastronomy, trends and financial optimisation. Dansk Cater is part of the Euro Cater Group alongside Svensk Cater in Sweden, and is a member of the European Catering Distributors (ECD) network.
