Oresto Food Partners is Belgium’s largest independent purchasing and coordination association for foodservice wholesalers, representing a network of 19 privately-owned, family-run regional wholesale companies distributed across all Belgian provinces and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Hasselt, the organisation acts as a central purchasing, marketing and private-label platform for its member wholesalers, each of which operates independently within its local territory. Members provide daily delivery of a comprehensive food and non-food assortment to hotels, restaurants, cafés, institutional caterers and food artisans. The Oresto private-label brand and the Moments by Oresto premium range are exclusive to the network. Customers benefit from a 24/7 digital ordering platform and personalised account management from their local wholesale specialist. Oresto is a member of the European Catering Distributors (ECD) network and prides itself on combining the personalised service of family-run local businesses with the scale and efficiency of a nationally coordinated purchasing group.
