The experience begins at the weekly Wednesday, Saturday, or Sunday market at Winterfeldtplatz, one of Berlin’s finest and most atmospheric open-air markets, where Kit guides participants through the stalls, sharing the stories behind local producers, seasonal ingredients, and Berlin’s evolving food culture. The group shops for the day’s ingredients together before making their way to Kit’s apartment, where they cook a full seasonal lunch together in her own kitchen. The intimate format, which is limited to small groups, creates an exceptionally warm and genuine atmosphere that feels more like visiting a Berlin local’s home than attending a formal cooking class.
