Central Cottage Industries Emporium (CCIE), popularly known as Cottage, is a Government of India-owned arts, crafts, and handloom flagship emporium that has been India’s window to the world for authentic artisan products since its establishment in 1948. With its flagship store at Jawahar Vyapar Bhavan in New Delhi and branches in Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, and Bengaluru, Cottage serves as a comprehensive one-stop destination for the finest handloom textiles, handicrafts, and artisan products from all across India. The Mumbai branch is located at Indian Globe Chambers on D.N. Road, Fort. Inside, shoppers can explore an extraordinary and ever-changing array of products including handwoven silk sarees, pashmina shawls, vibrant Kutchi embroideries, brassware, stone and marble artefacts, wooden carvings, miniature paintings, Madhubani art, Dokra sculptures, ceramic tableware, tribal jewellery, hand-knotted carpets, and much more.
