2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using webzine.world, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Description of Service
webzine.world is an online directory platform that allows businesses to create, manage, and promote their listings to a global audience. We offer two listing plans:
Free Listing — A basic business profile including name, address, contact details, and description. No photos included.
Featured Listing (€39/year) — A complete business profile including 5 photos, social media links, and all contact details, featured at the top of search results for 365 days.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
4. User Accounts
To submit or manage a listing, you must register an account on webzine.world. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Listing Submissions
By submitting a business listing, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized representative of the business, that all information provided is accurate and truthful, and that you hold all necessary rights to the content including photos and descriptions. You grant webzine.world a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your listing content on the platform.
We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing that we determine, at our sole discretion, violates these terms, contains false or misleading information, infringes on third-party rights, or is otherwise inappropriate for the platform.
6. Claim Listing
Business owners may claim an existing listing on webzine.world by submitting a claim request. Claims are subject to verification and approval by our team. We reserve the right to approve or reject any claim request. Once approved, the claimant becomes responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in their listing.
7. Pricing and Payment
7.1. Directory Listings
webzine.world offers two listing plans for businesses wishing to appear in our Local Guide directory:
- Free Listing — available at no cost, includes basic business information without photos.
- Featured Listing — priced at €39 per year, includes photos, social media links, full contact details, and featured placement at the top of search results for 365 days.
Payments for Featured Listings are processed via PayPal or bank transfer. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees at the time of purchase. All payments are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where the service was not delivered as described. In case of a dispute, please contact us at info@noornoor.biz within 14 days of payment.
Moroccan clients may be subject to applicable VAT (TVA) at the standard rate of 20% in accordance with Moroccan tax law.
7.2. Advertising & Media Partnerships
WEBZINEworld also offers a full range of advertising, content marketing, and partnership opportunities including sponsored articles, display advertising, link building, social media campaigns, newsletter placements, and Readers Club partnerships. These services are available across our global network of webzines and are priced on a custom basis depending on scope, webzine, and duration.

8. Listing Duration and Renewal
Featured Listing plans are valid for 365 days from the date of activation. You are responsible for renewing your plan before it expires. webzine.world is not responsible for any loss of visibility resulting from failure to renew. Free listings do not expire.
9. Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit any content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent, infringes on any intellectual property rights, contains offensive, abusive, or discriminatory material, promotes illegal activities, or violates any applicable law or regulation. Violation of this clause may result in immediate removal of your listing and termination of your account without refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on webzine.world that is not submitted by users, including but not limited to the platform design, logo, code, and text, is the exclusive property of NOOR & NOOR SARL AU and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
webzine.world provides the directory service on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing content submitted by users. NOOR & NOOR SARL AU shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of revenue, or damage to reputation.
12. Third-Party Links
webzine.world may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those websites. Inclusion of a link does not constitute endorsement by webzine.world.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove your listings at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions or if we decide to discontinue the service.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Salé, Morocco.
