الوصف

Casa de Chá da Boa Nova is a two-Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant in Leça da Palmeira, just north of Porto, housed within one of the most remarkable architectural settings of any restaurant in the world: the tea house designed by architect Álvaro Siza Vieira in 1958, one of his earliest and most celebrated works, built directly into the rocky Atlantic coastline and declared a National Monument in 2011. The building’s integration with the rocks, the sea, and the natural landscape creates a setting of extraordinary beauty and emotional power — the Atlantic crashes against the rocks beneath the dining room’s windows, and the horizon of the ocean stretches to the west, creating an atmosphere of raw natural grandeur that frames every meal with genuine awe. Chef Rui Paula leads a kitchen dedicated to seafood of exceptional quality, sourcing the finest fish and shellfish from the Atlantic waters immediately surrounding the restaurant and preparing them with precision, elegance, and a deep understanding of both classical technique and the natural flavors of the sea. The tasting menu is structured in sequences called ‘Cantos’ — songs — reflecting the poetic sensitivity of the concept. Service is highly professional and attentive.
