The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark

The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark is a modern full-service resort in Monticello, New York, within the Sullivan Catskills, adjacent to Resorts World Catskills Casino. It is home to New York’s largest indoor waterpark, housed beneath the world’s largest texlon transparent arched roof which floods the space with natural light year-round. The park features high-speed body slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, and the FlowRider surf simulator. The climate-controlled environment operates year-round, with waterpark access typically Thursday through Sunday outside summer and daily in July and August. The resort has 324 suites from one to three bedrooms. Six on-site dining options span pub fare, poolside service, grab-and-go breakfast, and formal dining. Entertainment includes an arcade with over 100 games, laser tag, a high ropes course, a climbing wall, virtual reality, a spa, fitness centre, and access to the adjacent Monster Golf Club. Day passes called Splash Passes are available for non-overnight guests. An Easter Brunch event was confirmed for April 2026, verifying active ongoing operations.
