Part of the Faculty Club complex, the restaurant has established itself as a Michelin-recognised address with consistent Gault&Millau recognition, serving a French-Belgian cuisine that combines creative ambition with a deep respect for seasonal and local produce. Chef Yogi Tabak leads the kitchen with passion and precision, crafting dishes that pair classic technique with subtle innovation. Signature preparations have included goat’s cheese and polenta amuse-bouches, perfectly pink vitello enriched with huacatay and caper ice, pan-fried sole executed with classical finesse, and a refined dame blanche dessert with deep chocolate sauce.
