The physical store allows visitors to meet the actual makers of every product on display, hear their stories directly, and make purchases knowing with certainty that the full price goes to the artisan community. The store houses Morocco’s only sustainable and environmentally safe wool dye studio, housed on its rooftop, where visitors can attend dyeing workshops, observe the use of safer, non-toxic natural dye materials, and explore a wide palette of color combinations. Craft categories represented in the store include hand-knotted Beni Ourain rugs, Azilal carpets, woven textiles, leather goods, and decorative objects made by cooperatives from across the Moroccan kingdom.
