Six Flags Great Escape Lodge & Indoor Waterpark

Six Flags Great Escape Lodge & Indoor Waterpark is an Adirondack-themed year-round resort in Queensbury, New York, adjacent to Six Flags Great Escape theme park near Lake George. Opened in 2006, the lodge offers 200 guest suites alongside White Water Bay, a 38,000-square-foot indoor waterpark maintained at a constant 80 degrees Fahrenheit in both air and water temperature year-round. This makes it the only indoor waterpark of its kind in New York State. Attractions include the 382-foot Avalanche family raft ride with a 41-foot drop, Tak-it-eesi-Creek, a 450-foot lazy river holding 112,000 gallons, Boogie Bear Surf, a FlowRider continuous sheet wave for body boarding, plus a funnel ride and dedicated children’s splash area. On-site amenities include three restaurants, a full-service spa, gift shop, arcade, conference facilities, and a Sunday breakfast character experience with Looney Tunes. Summer packages offer combined access to both the indoor waterpark and the outdoor Six Flags Great Escape theme park and Hurricane Harbor.
