XVA Gallery has pioneered contemporary Middle Eastern art in Dubai since its founding in 2003, making it one of the longest-established galleries in the UAE and a defining institution in the city’s cultural identity. Situated within the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood — Dubai’s oldest surviving quarter, characterised by traditional wind towers and intimate courtyard architecture — the gallery occupies a restored heritage building that provides an extraordinary and intimate backdrop for contemporary art. XVA specialises in art from the Arab world, Iran, and the subcontinent, presenting a carefully curated programme of solo and group exhibitions that explore regional identity, cultural memory, and contemporary practice across diverse media including painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed-media installation. The gallery is also home to XVA Art Hotel, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the cultural atmosphere over an extended stay. XVA offers expert art consultancy and project management services for corporate and private clients, including site-specific commissions and art rotation programmes. It has participated in international fairs including SH Contemporary, Art London, and Art Basel Hong Kong. Open seven days a week, 10am to 6pm.
