من خلال الوصول إلى webzine.world أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام منصتنا. نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت. استمرار استخدام المنصة بعد أي تغييرات يشكل موافقتك على الشروط المعدلة.

3. وصف الخدمة

webzine.world هي منصة دليل عبر الإنترنت تسمح للشركات بإنشاء وإدارة وترويج قوائمها لجمهور عالمي. نقدم خطتين للإدراج:

إدراج مجاني — ملف تعريفي أساسي للعمل يتضمن الاسم، العنوان، تفاصيل الاتصال، والوصف. لا يتضمن صورًا.

إدراج مميز (39 يورو/سنة) — ملف تعريفي كامل للعمل يتضمن 5 صور، روابط وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وجميع تفاصيل الاتصال، ويتم عرضه في الجزء العلوي من نتائج البحث لمدة 365 يومًا.

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أو تعليق أو إيقاف أي جزء من الخدمة في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

4. حسابات المستخدمين

To submit or manage a listing, you must register an account on webzine.world. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. تقديم القوائم

By submitting a business listing, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized representative of the business, that all information provided is accurate and truthful, and that you hold all necessary rights to the content including photos and descriptions. You grant webzine.world a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your listing content on the platform.

نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو تعديل أو إزالة أي قائمة نرى، وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص، أنها تنتهك هذه الشروط، أو تحتوي على معلومات خاطئة أو مضللة، أو تنتهك حقوق طرف ثالث، أو غير مناسبة للمنصة بأي شكل آخر.

6. المطالبة بالقائمة

Business owners may claim an existing listing on webzine.world by submitting a claim request. Claims are subject to verification and approval by our team. We reserve the right to approve or reject any claim request. Once approved, the claimant becomes responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in their listing.

7. الأسعار والدفع

7.1. قوائم الدليل

تقدم webzine.world خطتين للإدراج للشركات التي ترغب في الظهور في دليلنا المحلي:

• إدراج مجاني — متاح بدون تكلفة، يتضمن معلومات العمل الأساسية بدون صور.

• إدراج مميز — بسعر 39 يورو سنويًا، يتضمن صورًا، روابط وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، تفاصيل اتصال كاملة، وموضع مميز في الجزء العلوي من نتائج البحث لمدة 365 يومًا.

تتم معالجة مدفوعات القوائم المميزة عبر PayPal أو التحويل البنكي. بشراء خطة، فإنك توافق على دفع الرسوم المطبقة وقت الشراء. جميع المدفوعات نهائية. نحن لا نقدم استردادًا إلا في الحالات التي لم يتم فيها تقديم الخدمة كما هو موضح. في حالة وجود نزاع، يرجى الاتصال بنا على info@noornoor.biz في غضون 14 يومًا من الدفع.

قد يخضع العملاء المغاربة لضريبة القيمة المضافة (TVA) المطبقة بالمعدل القياسي 20% وفقًا للقانون الضريبي المغربي.

7.2. الإعلان والشراكات الإعلامية

WEBZINEworld also offers a full range of advertising, content marketing, and partnership opportunities including sponsored articles, display advertising, link building, social media campaigns, newsletter placements, and Readers Club partnerships. These services are available across our global network of webzines and are priced on a custom basis depending on scope, webzine, and duration.

8. مدة الإدراج والتجديد

خطط الإدراج المميز صالحة لمدة 365 يومًا من تاريخ التفعيل. أنت مسؤول عن تجديد خطتك قبل انتهائها. webzine.world ليست مسؤولة عن أي فقدان للرؤية ناتج عن عدم التجديد. القوائم المجانية لا تنتهي صلاحيتها.

9. المحتوى المحظور

You agree not to submit any content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent, infringes on any intellectual property rights, contains offensive, abusive, or discriminatory material, promotes illegal activities, or violates any applicable law or regulation. Violation of this clause may result in immediate removal of your listing and termination of your account without refund.

10. الملكية الفكرية

All content on webzine.world that is not submitted by users, including but not limited to the platform design, logo, code, and text, is the exclusive property of NOOR & NOOR SARL AU and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

11. تحديد المسؤولية

webzine.world provides the directory service on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing content submitted by users. NOOR & NOOR SARL AU shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of revenue, or damage to reputation.

12. روابط الطرف الثالث

قد يحتوي webzine.world على روابط لمواقع ويب تابعة لجهات خارجية. نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن محتوى أو ممارسات الخصوصية أو توفر تلك المواقع. لا يشكل تضمين رابط تأييدًا من webzine.world.

13. الإنهاء

نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك وإزالة قوائمك في أي وقت، بإشعار أو بدون إشعار، إذا قررنا أنك انتهكت هذه الشروط والأحكام أو إذا قررنا إيقاف الخدمة.

14. القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتفسر وفقًا لقوانين المملكة المغربية. أي نزاع ينشأ عن أو فيما يتعلق بهذه الشروط يخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم المختصة في سلا، المغرب.
