Akelarre

Akelarre is a three-Michelin-starred restaurant perched on the slopes of Mount Igueldo overlooking San Sebastián, offering one of the most spectacular dining settings in the Basque Country. Led by chef Pedro Subijana — one of the founding fathers of the New Basque Cuisine movement alongside Juan Mari Arzak — the restaurant presents three distinct tasting menus, each reflecting a different culinary philosophy: one more rooted in tradition, the others in bold innovation.
