Masa is a three-Michelin-starred sushi restaurant at the Time Warner Center, presided over by chef-owner Masa Takayama, and consistently regarded as one of the most exclusive and technically refined Japanese dining experiences available anywhere outside Japan. The restaurant offers a single omakase format — no menu, no choices, a sequence of courses entirely at the chef’s discretion — built around the finest and rarest seafood sourced globally, with significant quantities of fish flown directly from Tsukiji and Toyosu fish markets in Japan to ensure uncompromising ingredient quality at every service.
