Restaurant Paul Bocuse — also known as L’Auberge du Pont de Collonges — is one of the most legendary fine dining establishments in the world and an enduring symbol of French culinary greatness. Located in Collonges-au-Mont-d’Or just north of Lyon, the restaurant held three Michelin stars from 1965 until 2020 and currently holds two. Today the kitchen is led by Meilleurs Ouvriers de France chefs Gilles Reinhardt and Olivier Couvin, who honour the maison’s legendary recipes — including the iconic truffle soup and Dombes duckling — while anchoring the menu firmly in the present through seasonal reinterpretations. The vibrant frescoed façade and theatrical dining room, complete with tableside carving and flambée service, create an experience as much spectacle as meal.
