ICCA Dubai

The International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) Dubai was established in 2005 and has grown to become the leading culinary vocational training institution in the Middle East and one of the top culinary schools in the world. Located at Dubai Knowledge Park in the United Arab Emirates, ICCA is recognised by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) of the Government of Dubai and holds accreditation from City and Guilds, UK, as well as the Recognition of Quality Culinary Education from the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WorldChefs). The school offers a comprehensive range of programmes from professional diplomas in culinary arts, cookery, and baking and patisserie to amateur certificate courses and artisanal workshops designed for home cooks, food enthusiasts, and entrepreneurs. Its state-of-the-art training kitchens are equipped to international industry standards, and the faculty comprises experienced, internationally certified chef-instructors from around the world. Over 12,000 students from more than 20 countries have passed through ICCA Dubai’s programmes, many going on to work in the kitchens of leading hotels and restaurants across the UAE and internationally.
