Winter Garden by Caino is a one-Michelin-starred restaurant located within The St. Regis Florence, one of the city’s most storied luxury hotels, occupying the elegantly restored ballroom of the former Grand Hotel on Piazza Ognissanti overlooking the Arno. The restaurant’s concept brings together the culinary heritage of the renowned Caino restaurant in Montemerano — a destination restaurant in the Maremma region of southern Tuscany that has long been celebrated for its deep engagement with Tuscan ingredients and tradition — with the prestige and refinement of a grand hotel dining room in Florence.
