School of Wok was founded by Jeremy Pang, a chef whose family heritage spans three generations of Chinese culinary expertise. Launched initially as a mobile cookery school, it grew into a permanent fixture in the heart of London’s Covent Garden, just moments from Charing Cross station and a short walk from the capital’s famous Chinatown. The school specialises in Asian and Oriental cuisines, offering an extensive menu of more than 30 classes covering Chinese cooking, Dim Sum making, Thai cuisine, Vietnamese dishes, Korean cooking, Japanese techniques, sushi, knife skills, and wok mastery.
